The parlor tree, shown here, has a seashell theme.  We have a Victorian tree in the dining room and we top it all off with a patriotic red, white, and blue tree on the back veranda.

Live Coronado Theater Venues

Coronado has TWO live theater choices!

While most people think of coming to Coronado for outdoor activities, don’t overlook our two live theater venues.

Lamb’s Players Theatre is one of Southern California’s leading non-profit performing arts organizations.  Its resident company is showing “A Servant of Two Masters”, a new musical comedy, through November 20.  Then in December, enjoy Lamb’s 34^th annual Festival of Christmas show, full of holiday music and a heart-warming story.  Lamb’s is located right around the corner from the 1906 Lodge.

Coronado Playhouse, starring our community’s talent, is showing “The Drowsy Chaperone“, 2006 winner of 5 Tony Awards, through December 4^th.  The Playhouse is located in our wonderful Community Center, a 10 minute stroll away.

Reserve a room with us, enjoy our 5 PM wine, stroll towards either theater and stop for dinner along the way.

Original Ghostbusters on the Big Screen Again

If you’re a fan of this zany 1984 movie starring Bill Murray and Dan Aykroyd, you should definitely plan to view it in Coronado on Halloween night on the big screen.

The Coronado Village Theater will be showing it October 31 at 7:00 PM for only $5.

If you haven’t had the opportunity to see a movie in our town’s newly restored historic theater, we hope to see you there!
