Policies
We are a small property and we reserve rooms or suites specifically for each guest. As such, we sometimes have less flexibility than large hotels.
Check-in – our regular check-in hours are 4:00 – 7:00 PM. Check-in after 8:30 PM must be arranged in advance and has a $25 fee. Early check-in is often available, depending on occupancy, for a $25 fee. You may make your request when you place your reservation with us.
Check-out – our regular check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out is sometimes available, depending on occupancy, and has a $25 per hour fee.
Deposit – we require a credit card deposit equal to the first night’s stay plus tax at time of booking. Group reservations have special deposit and cancellation requirements. We do not refund deposits to place on a different credit card or cash upon check-in.
Cancellation – Every reservation is firm and if it is cancelled, there is a $25 fee and the deposit is refunded, until 7 days in advance of check-in. At that point, a cancellation will result in a forfeit of the deposit. Please call to cancel if you made your reservation directly with us. Otherwise, cancel with the agency through which you made the reservation.
Reservation changes – there is a $25 to change a reservation, unless you are simply adding a day to an existing stay.
Rates – all rates are for single or double occupancy. Some suites are large enough for a crib. Additional fees may apply for infants or toddlers. Crib rental is $10 per night. Star Park and Tent City Suites accommodate up to 4 people.
Smoking – we are a smoke free property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on our property, inside or out. If there is evidence that a guest has smoked in their room, there is a $250 cleaning fee.
Candles – our insurance does not permit the use of real flame candles or burning of incense.
Pets – we do not allow personal pets, but can recommend local boarding establishments. Service animals may not be left in the rooms by themselves.
Donation Certificates – the expiration date of donated gift certificates is stated on the certificate. Should you not be able to stay with us before the expiration date, you may be able to pay a $50 fee to use the certificate later, subject to occupancy, not available on holidays.
